Recently, I bought a wig from Maxiwig, and I am utterly dissatisfied with both the item and the level of service. The wig I got has nothing in common with the one pictured on their website. The quality was terrible, and the color was totally off. As opposed to being a high-quality item, it appeared to be a cheap costume wig. I voiced my issues to customer service, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. They wouldn't give me a refund or an exchange, so I was stuck with a pointless wig and a big financial loss. If you want a good product and friendly customer service, I would strongly suggest avoiding buying from Maxiwig.
